1989

Ministry of Agriculture (now Defra) celebrates centenary (1989). Cefas participated in the regional celebrations of MAFF's centenary, which included a series of open days to which the public and local schools were invited to attend. With an emphasis on education we welcomed several parties of school children who learnt about our activities through work sheets and hands on activities. The popular MAFF road show exhibition was also open to visitors.
