Return a tagged shellfish
Data on the movement and growth of crabs is lacking, so it is very important that when you catch a Cefas tagged crab you record: tag number, date, location, and crab size
Please return the tag (or report the full details requested below) with details of the crab carapace width (mm) and where and when it was caught, using one of the methods below:

Reward
- Reward payments from Cefas of £6 for conventional T-bar tags and £50 for data storage tags, are payable for the return of the full recapture details: tag colour, tag number, date, latitude, longitude, sex, carapace width in millimeters
- There is the opportunity to win up to £1000 in tag number raffles
- For the return of conventional T-bar tags entry into a lottery draw for £500 prize on the anniversary of the project in 2008, 2009 and 2010 using the tags returned during the previous year
- An additional final grand draw with a prize of £500 will also be made in 2011 in which all T-bar tags returned during the project will be entered
- Returned DSTs will be entered into a separate draw to be made in 2010 with a prize of £1000
