Since 1983 enteric redmouth disease due to Yersinia ruckeri appeared in Italy. This disease is rapidly spreading all over trout farms, becoming the most diffused bacteric septicaemia. The anatomo pathological situation, identification and sensitivity to chemotherapics tests are shown.
