Abstract

The results of the field vaccination of carp against spring viraemia on three fish farms of the State Fisheries are commented on. On the basis of the field results, the localities should be selected for field vaccination according to the following criteria: the vaccination should be performed in clinically healthy carps without heavier parasitic invasion, exposed stationarily to the hazard of an outbreak of spring viraemia.
