Abstract

A review is given of the findings of other investigators that indicates a virus to be the etiologic agent of Egtved disease (INuL, viral hemorrhagic septicaemia) of rainbow trout. This work also reports on the application of monolayer cell culture techniques for cultivation of fish tissues. (Shortened abstract).
