Dr Wendy Higman joined Cefas in 1997 as an expert in harmful and toxic algae. She has extensive experience in harmful algal bloom monitoring, shellfish testing and mass culturing. In 2012 she moved into the role of business development manager for the Aquatic Health and Hygiene division. Wendy has supported the division in building its commercial portfolio in many areas, including aquatic veterinary pharmaceutical product evaluation and integrated disease diagnosis and surveillance.
As Aquatic Health and Hygiene business development manager, Wendy can advise and assist in any commercial queries in this area.
